Following a series of sensory experience launch events The Florist rounded off a phenomenal week with a ‘blooming good party’ last night.
The contemporary new bar and restaurant opened on Monday and is situated on the site of the former Old Blind School pub on Hardman Street.
Guests, including Liz McLarnon, Marcus Collins, Craig Phillips and Gillian Kearney, were invited to ‘The Floral Collective’ where they enjoyed a spectacular menu of “instagrammable” cocktails along with a series of expertly led experiences to charm the senses including, Floristry, Gin and Ale tasting with a selection of The Florist inspired culinary delights.
The breathtaking floral installations, including two full-size-in-bloom trees and artistically decorated cocktails have taken the internet by storm over the past few days and added the wow factor to guests Instagram stories and social media updates. The floral photo-wall with The Florist trademark #letitbloom neon sign is set to become one of the most recognisable features in the venue and guests were literally lining up to capture it’s beauty for themselves.
A DJ and saxophonist created a fantastic vibrant party atmosphere and the feedback from everyone who came along was that The Florist has blossomed into what is sure to be one of Liverpool’s most popular venues.
