Get a taste for Latin America this Spring at Alma De Cuba

There’s a brand new Spring menu and the chance to shake up your Afternoon Tea with a spoonful of samba.

Alma de Cuba is one of the city’s most stunning venues, celebrated for its breath-taking interiors and delicious Cuban-inspired menus. In keeping with the restaurants’ ‘Soul of Cuba’ reputation, guests can expect an array of flavoursome dishes this Spring, incorporating a creative fusion of Cuban and LatinAmerican influences, now available for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Alma de Cuba is renowned for being one of Liverpool’s most popular one-stop nightlife destinations, where revellers can enjoy a mouth-watering meal before experiencing a truly memorable evening of entertainment, including the infamous petal-drop, and enthralling Voodoo Show. Although the venue is recognised as being one of the city’s best bars, the restaurant is also a key focus, with this new Spring menu showcasing the creative and experimental dishes on offer.

Created by Head Chef, Rochelle Gill, and senior sous, Samantha Cally Stowers, the food menu encompasses a variety of fresh, flavoursome and Cuban-inspired plates, with a mixture of fish, meat and vegetable-based dishes, ensuring there’s something to sate all palates. The new breakfast menu, available from Monday to Saturday, offers much-loved classics with an Alma twist, such as Eggs Benedict with Cuban spiced hollandaise sauce, with these exotic twists prevalent throughout each of the menus.
