Get Ravin’ Fit with the kids this February half term in Liverpool

Who’s up for some family friendly fitness with the one and only DJ Lee Butler, this half term?

If you haven’t heard of Ravin’ Fit with Lee Butler by now, you must have been living under the Runcorn Bridge. This mash up of glow sticks, sweating, amazing tunes and intensive fitness has proved to be a huge hit right across the North West as Lee and the team take these brilliant fun sessions to venues far and wide.

Knowing how difficult it can be to keep your fitness routine going when the kids are off, Ravin’ Fit has partnered up with The Bobby Colleran Trust to host a one-off family friendly Ravin’ Fit session and none other than Camp & Furnace on Tuesday 19th February.

Kicking off at 1pm, you can expect all of this: a Relaxation Station, Prep Station with all the Glitter (well you’ve got to look the part haven’t you!?), a Zumba Warm Up and a brilliant work out and loads of laughs DJ Lee Butler

All proceeds from the event will go to The Bobby Colleran Trust. The charity was created following a fatal accident on 24th October 2014, when 6 year old Bobby Colleran was tragically knocked down and killed while walking home from school with his mum Joanne.

Joanne has since worked closely with schools and local communities to promote road safety and has played a huge part in ensuring many of our local school children are better protected on their way to and from school. The aim of The Bobby Colleran Trust as a charity is to have a 20mph ‘Bobby Zone’ outside every single school in the country.

You can support this much needed, local charity by putting your trainies on with the kids, grabbing your glow sticks, getting glittered up and getting fit all at the same time.
