Guide Live: Kate & Josh have your weekend round up for Liverpool including Simon Cowell & a Dragon

The city will unite to remember the fallen this weekend as the centenary of the end of the Great War draws near.

St George’s Hall and Plateau will welcome thousands on Sunday for the annual Remembrance Service commences. Alongside the wreaths, speeches and march past there’s also a number of moving WW1 tributes taking place across the city, you can find out more about the Wilfred Owen artwork and scrolling list of Liverpool’s fallen here.

Sticking with artwork, a brand new piece from artist ColdWar Steve has been unveiled on Williamson Sq this morning featuring a mash up of famous faces. Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn can be seen shimming up a pole while Danny Dyer, Mark Zuckerberg, Boris Johnson and Phil Mitchell all join the scene. This weekend all eyes are on the ring as Tony Bellew takes on the cruiserweight world champion Olyksander Usyk, in his last professional fight. We’ll be heading to 53 Liverpool to watch our champ and all the action from 6pm.
