If you haven’t already discovered this incredible oriental dining experience, make Christmas Eve the day you head to the Baltic and treat yourselves to the Lu Ban banquet – including wok smoked chicken, gulao pork and Beijing duck.
Start with a sharing platter featuring dishes including slow-cooked pulled beef brisket, balsamic roasted beetroot & thyme tarte tatin for main, and tell your tummy it’s that time of the year, with Christmas pudding with brandy sauce.
