How to make the perfect pan of Scouse for Global Scouse Day…

On February 28th Liverpool’s favourite and most famous dish will be celebrated across the land. Around 150 venues in the city will be taking part and serving up scouse and we need you to get involved. Tweet all day long using the hashtag #GlobalScouseDay and follow what we are up to as we go on a mission to visit as many places, and eat as much scouse as possible.
Earlier this week we went to the Yacht Club on Liverpool Marina for a lesson in how to cook the perfect pan of our Mums finest with Chef Adam Franklin who is one of the organisers of Global Scouse Day.
