INNSiDE Liverpool launch special Valentine’s Day collaboration with A Slower Space

INNSiDE Liverpool, part of Meliá Hotels International, is celebrating the adventure of LOVE this Valentine’s Day, with a special collaboration with on-site florist and lifestyle concept, A Slower Space.

There’s also a dedicated Valentine’s menu offering at Gino D’Acampo’s Old Hall Street.

A Slower Space, Liverpool’s independent lifestyle store selling plants, flowers, coffee, homeware & gifts originally on Penny Lane, created a second residency at INNSiDE Liverpool in 2021, when the hotel opened and formed part of INNSiDE’s philosophy ‘Stay Curious’, which aims to accommodate guests’ every need with considered comforts and inspired lifestyle experiences enriched with locally curated music, art, independents and culture. 

From Friday 11^th February – Monday 14^th February, A Slower Space, based at the entrance area of the Old Hall Street hotel, will offer an exclusive range of fresh red roses – a dozen or a single red rose – and decorative petals for guests to pre-order or purchase at check-in to ensure guests’ stays are one to remember. 

The beautiful fresh and dried flowers from A Slower Space are sourced with love and care by the husband-and-wife duo, Mike and Michelle, to delight customers and support the maker – a brand ethos that is close to home for INNSiDE. 

Gino D’Acampo’s Old Hall Street restaurant will also be serving a decadent three-course Valentine’s menu, available for £55 per person exclusively from the 11^th to the 14^th of February. 

Diners can expect a Mediterranean-inspired menu with Mushroom Arancini and Italian Artisan Cured Meats on offer as a sharing starter.

Mains include a Pan-fried Sea Bass, a Seafood Linguine and Aberdeen Angus & Hereford Fillet Steak. To finish the meal, Valentine’s diners can indulge in a Baileys Panna Cotta, Chocolate Fondant or Tiramisu, the ultimate Italian dessert. Gino’s has also created a bespoke collection of cocktails that are the perfect partner for this delicious menu.  

Valentine’s weekend at INNSiDE Liverpool forms part of INNSiDE by Meliá’s ‘Love Is Adventure’ campaign – celebrating adventure and the love of getting out there and discovering something new.

Guests can take the elevator home at INNSiDE Liverpool with Bed and Breakfast rates on Valentine’s weekend from £118. A Slower Space fresh flowers come at an additional cost: 12 red roses with a mix of greenery – £45, Single red rose and greenery – £5, Rose petals for bed – £3.
