Inside No.4 in Crosby launches brand new menu with a modern twist

Inside No.4, the friendly neighbourhood bar and restaurant located in Carnegie Avenue Crosby has recently revamped their menu following the appointment of new Head Chef Tomasz Miastkowski.
The new menu uses only the best seasonal produce and brings classic dishes with a modern European twist to guests of Inside No.4. They’ve also made every effort to keep prices affordable, to keep the menu accessible with the current cost of living crisis in mind.
Tomasz, who has previously worked in Michelin Star restaurants in London and also at Tom Kerridge’s Bull & Bear in Manchester, is delighted to bring his style of cooking to Crosby.
“I am really happy to be working with Rob and the team at Inside No.4, I am passionate about cooking and using only the very best produce to create food that is delicious and above all memorable. I want people to remember the food and their whole experience at Inside No.4 with fondness.
The new menu takes classic dishes and ingredients and gives them a slight modern twist, the feedback from guests so far has been amazing, they can’t quite believe the quality that is available to the on their doorstep.”
The short rib of beef is one of the standout dishes on the new menu, served with fondant potato, shallot puree, sweetcorn, pickled walnut and a red wine jus, it is the perfect winter warmer. The spiced, roast cod fillet is also proving very popular, with tenderstem broccoli, curried raisins and a pine nut dressing, it’s definitely a must try dish.
Rob Scott, General Manager at Inside No4 said; “It is great to have Tomasz leading the kitchen team, the new menu really does take the menu at Inside No.4 to a new level.
We still have the classics people love and have our lunch time offering but the new dishes just bring something extra to the restaurant. This paired with the personal, friendly service that we pride ourselves on make the restaurant one of the best in the city, in my opinion!”
