It’s All Gravy brings burgers with a twist to West Derby Village

The humble beef burger will never be enough once you’ve sampled the amazing menu at this new West Derby eatery.

There’s a brand new kid on the block in L12 and alongside all your favourite breakfast, brunch and light lunch dishes, there’s an evening burger menu that will blow you away. It’s All Gravy is now open on Almond’s Green, just a few seconds walk from The Sefton Arms, Hare & Hounds and entrance to Croxteth Country Park. Occupying the former Bistro 19 venue, It’s All Gravy is bringing a brand new evening burger menu that packs a serious flavour punch.

It’s All Gravy is open all week and serves up traditional ‘on toast’ full English, bagels and wraps in the morning, plus lite bites such as freshly prepared salad boxes, loaded jacket potatoes and pasta at lunch. The current best seller is Salt N Pepper Chicken wraps – who doesn’t love a little S&P fix?

Dog friendly during the day, this is the perfect place to grab a bite to eat before or after a leisurely stroll through the park, or throughout the summer holidays with the kids. It’s All Gravy is also available for delivery Thursday to Saturday 5pm – 10pm and between 2pm and 10pm on Sundays. Orders can be taken over the phone or through Instagram.

Thursday to Sunday evenings is when It’s All Gravy really shakes things up with a truly unique burger menu that will have you drooling at the descriptions alone. Serving up 5 burgers with a twist, plus loaded poutine style fries, pigs in blankets, creamy mash, cauli cheese and more, there’s a vegan option and while the venue awaits it’s license, you can bring your own ale!

5 Burgers at It’s All Gravy you need to taste this summer…

1 – Cheese & Wine Burger

Beef patty, slow cooked pulled beef in red wine gravy, mature cheddar, garlic mayo and red currant jelly. What’s to like here?

2 – Minted Lamb Burger

It’s a classic combo. It’s All Gravy serves up a meaty lamb patty, slow cooked pulled lamb in minted gravy, with rosemary & garlic mayo. One for the Sunday roast lovers this!

3 – Stuffed Piggy Burger

Missing your Christmas pigs in blankets? The stuffed piggy burger consists of sausage meat and sage and onion stuffing patty, topped with slow cooked pulled pork in apple cider vinegar gravy and honey roasted apple. Get in our belly!

4 – Birds & Bees Burger

Are you ready for this? Fried honey chicken thigh dipped in honey chicken or sweet curry gravy on a nest of crispy sweet potato, parsnip and onion. Oh my days.

5 – The Jack Stack

Like with any menu, flavour is of the up most importance when it comes to creating a vegan dish and The Jack Stack hits the spot. Made up from a vegan patty topped with slow cooked pulled, minted jackfruit in veggie gravy, it’s simple and delicious.
