Jamie Webster and The Lathums to play intimate Liverpool gigs for Teenage Cancer Trust
3 years ago
Liverpool’s Jamie Webster and North West band The Lathums are to play intimate gigs in the city which will benefit The Teenage Cancer Trust.
Live music is back, and menswear specialists scotts are celebrating its return with two very special shows as the latest stage in their Be Part Of It Campaign, presented in association with new music champions This Feeling.
scotts will be bringing two of the UK’s brightest breaking talents – Jamie Webster and The Lathums – to two exclusive and intimate low capacity venues. What’s more, all proceeds from the two shows will benefit The Teenage Cancer Trust.
Having recently announced the January 28th release date of his eagerly anticipated second album ‘Moments’, Jamie Webster will hit Liverpool’s Cavern Club this Wednesday, October 20th. It’s a rare chance to see him in a tiny venue that’s steeped in history – his December headline tour will see him play three nights at the city’s much larger Olympia venue.
The Lathums are the band of the moment after their second album ‘How Beautiful Life Can Be’ went straight to #1 earlier this month. They will play Manchester’s Bread Shed on Thursday, October 28th. The band recently completed a major UK tour, which resulted in a 4*review from The Times who praised “the kind of guitar songs that can be chanted along to at festivals and student unions across the land.”
Both shows are completed with a special guest. Jamie Webster’s show will be opened by his regular touring partner and fellow Liverpool FC fan Kieo, who recently released his debut single ‘Tearaway’. Details on the support for The Lathums are to be confirmed.
Tickets are first come, first served, so get yours before they’re gone. Drop scotts a DM on their socials and they’ll send you an exclusive ticket link. Tickets are priced at £5, with all proceeds going to The Teenage Cancer Trust.
