Join Pete Price for a festive musical extravaganza at the debut Clatterbridge Christmas Concert

This heartwarming event promises an enchanting celebration of music, as well as being hosted by the city’s beloved entertainer, Pete Price.

Liverpool’s iconic Metropolitan Cathedral is set to resonate with the joyous sounds of the festive season with the debut Clatterbridge Christmas Concert on Thursday, December 14.

Pete Price, known for his unwavering support of local causes, recently visited the Clatterbridge Cancer Centre in Liverpool.

Expressing his admiration for the organisation, he emphasised its vital role as a beacon of hope across Merseyside and Cheshire.

Having personally experienced the exceptional care provided by Clatterbridge for his own family, Pete is thrilled to lend his support by hosting this momentous charity event.

He invites everyone to join him in spreading Christmas cheer at this unique concert.

“Clatterbridge is a beacon of hope for so many across Merseyside and Cheshire. The care and support they provide for local people with cancer is second to none, and something my own family have benefitted from when my mum was cared for at their Wirral centre.

“I’m only too pleased to support this great cause by hosting the charity’s first ever Christmas Concert.

“It’s going to be a great night, so grab your friends and family, and join me for some Christmas cheer.”

Lauren Herrity, part of Clatterbridge’s fundraising team, expressed immense excitement over Pete’s involvement, affirming that he is the perfect choice to kickstart the festive celebrations.

The evening will feature fantastic performances by the Wirral Orchestra and Choir, enchanting the audience with a medley of classic Christmas tunes and inviting them to join in singing beloved carols.

Beyond the musical enchantment, the evening carries a noble cause.

Funds raised during the concert will contribute to vital research and care at The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre. Attendees will have the opportunity to make dedications to loved ones through the Charity’s Fairy Appeal, adding a heartfelt touch to the event.

Additionally, lucky raffle winners will take home a £150 Christmas shop courtesy of Tesco, ensuring a sprinkle of festive joy extends beyond the concert halls.
