Kids of Liverpool get ready for the ‘Scouse of Horrors’

City Attractions, the company that saved Liverpool’s Famous 139-year-old Christmas Grotto from closure last year, is now overhauling Halloween in the city with a family friendly, ‘Scouse of Horrors’.

Brainchild of the Liverpool-based events company, Scouse of Horrors in St John’s Market will open its devilish doors on Saturday, 29th September to local mini witches and giggly ghouls (aged from 3-11 years).

Children can follow the story of St John who has lost his pumpkins within St John’s Manor and interactive graveyard garden, which has been specially designed by a team who has worked with leading family entertainment brands such as Disney and Warner Bros.

They will then be able to enter ‘Trick or Treat Street’ where they will be handed a bag of tasty treats before heading into an arts and crafts area.

Owner of City Attractions, Guy Fennell commented: “As consumers choose to invest in experiences rather than products, retailers need to respond to meet the needs of their shoppers. We’re delighted to be leading the future of the retail mix in the city with St John’s Shopping Centre and have many more experiences planned for the year!

“We are so proud of the space we have created! Scouse of Horrors has been in the making for months, so we’re really looking forward to welcoming mini monsters and their families from Liverpool and the North West. We can’t wait to see their reactions as we’re sure it’ll be spooktactular!”
