Knowsley Safari Lion becomes Til Tok sensation

Knowsley Safari’s resident Lion, Sam has put his best paw forward and extended his reign to be crowned King of TikTok, as his video tops the list of the most watched of 2020 UK.

Earning himself 20.9 million ‘Likes’ and firmly establishing his position at the top of the TikTok 100, Sam was filmed by @emma.cxmpbell during a visit to the Safari this summer.

Owning the UK’s longest Safari Drive as he saunters along to a popular JVLA track, Sam’s powerful and majestic nature is a huge draw for visitors, and one which can be enjoyed once more now Knowsley Safari has re-opened after lockdown.

With the hospitality industry mark, ‘We’re Good to Go’, Knowsley Safari is welcoming visitors back with £10 per person tickets, available now, so families can enjoy a full day of outdoor fun.

Social distancing and enhanced hygiene measures remain and include timed and contactless entry, a one-way Foot Safari, socially distanced picnic areas, PPE for staff, protective screens and helpful staff and signage.
