Ladies Day: Pete is missing Coleen but bags himself a new Queen of Aintree

A stickler for tradition, Pete is missing his annual photo with pal Coleen Rooney, but alls not lost.

The days racing has drawn to a close but as long as the pink Gin bar stays open and the evenings entertainment kicks off, there’s still plenty of buzz around Aintree. Day two of The Randox Health Grand National Festival brought us a huge day of style, thrilling racing and of course, lots of laughs.

Pete is no stranger to chatting with celebs and every year he somehow gets into all the celeb boxes for a natter with the stars. This year he’s missing his friend Coleen Rooney and is in search of a new Queen of Aintree. Luckily he’s bumped into our very own Mersey Mouth, The Guide Liverpool presenter, comedian & actress (she’s so talented!) none other than Lindzi Germain.

Watch: Ladies Day Style Award Winner Sue Moon is crowned Aintree’s best dressed.

With ‘Lizard’ shouts and huge hats to contend with, this hilarious duo have a natter trackside as Ladies Day 2019 comes to a fabulous end.

You can catch up on all the Aintree action so far here, including this years Ladies Day Style Award winner, TOWIE’s Amber Turner, Pete goes trackside with ‘camp’ shoes and Gemma finds a golden goddess in the Red Rum Garden.
