The countdown to Oktoberfest Liverpool is officially on, and organisers have revealed some exciting last-minute additions for this weekend’s celebration at the Waterfront Exhibition Centre.

From award-winning local food to world-class beer and immersive entertainment, Oktoberfest Liverpool promises to deliver a true Bavarian experience.

One of the event’s highlights will be a special pretzel debut from Dre Carrington (Desserts by Dre), the award-winning Liverpool baker known from Aldi’s Christmas Secrets.

Dre’s pretzel will come with a variety of toppings, adding a gourmet twist to the traditional Bavarian snack, perfect for festival-goers looking for a tasty treat.

The festival’s steins will be filled with Bavarian beer from ABK, a three-time gold medal-winning brewer, ensuring guests enjoy the very best Germany has to offer. For those craving a local twist, a guest amber cask ale from Warrington-based brewery 4T’s will also be on tap.

Paul Laing, one of the event organisers, said:

“With top-quality beer and food, a live band, fairground dodgems, and party games hosted by Beer Guide Worldwide’s Kam Wojtow, people can look forward to an enjoyable night out.”

The fun will take place within a Bavarian-themed indoor space featuring the longest bar in the city, a sizzling swing grill of bratwurst, and freshly baked pretzels. For those seeking a more exclusive experience, a limited number of VIP wooden huts are still available.

Paul added:

“We’ve created a fun and safe environment with something for everyone. Whether you come for the games, the beer, or the food, this is going to be a night to remember. Don’t forget your lederhosen – although you’ll still be welcome without them!”
