One of Liverpool’s most iconic rooftop bars, Liberte Sky Garden, is gearing up for an exciting relaunch just in time for the Grand National Weekend.
Located on Brunswick Street in the heart of the city centre, the Liberte Sky Garden has undergone a full transformation ahead of its Thursday 3 April reopening.
Liberte Sky Garden has featured in several “best rooftop” lists, including Mandoemedia.com’s ranking of the top rooftop venues globally, where it secured an impressive 24 place.
This year, guests can expect a fresh new look, with the entire space stripped back and redesigned, including a brand-new bar and an upgraded food and cocktail menu.

Sam Atherton, General Manager of Liberte, said:
“We are really excited for the Spring/Summer season with a great range of events booked in. From Hi Life X on Saturday 19th April to Thandaza on the Rooftop on Easter Sunday 20th April. Moving on to Sunday 25 May Bank Holiday for Liberte Sky Garden’s latest house music event Sundown!
“The rooftop has had a huge makeover and with a new concept comes a new food menu as well as cocktail menu. It is all geared up to be a great 2025 and we look forward to welcoming old friends back as well as new faces.”
With fantastic views of the Liverpool waterfront the Liberte Sky Garden is the perfect place to take some selfies in front of the famous three graces while enjoying the sun in the city.
