Located just beside Liverpool Lime Street train station, new pub Lime Street Central has opened its doors to the public this festive season.
Whether it’s for brunch, lunch or a cocktail pit stop after a busy day of shopping, Lime Street Central offers an experience like no other.
The pub’s interiors combine dark wood, exposed brick work and earthy green tones, as well hanging plants to create a casual, cosy and modern feel.
Throughout the pub, there’s plenty of Instagram worthy spots, from booth seating to a large bar area. The pub is a social media haven with bright neon signs which signal ‘Brunch, Coffee, Craft, Cocktails and LATE’ – perfect to create those party snaps.
The brand-new pub’s menu consists of street food inspired easy eats & sharers. From loaded nachos, saucy wings and dirty burgers to fully loaded sandwiches and toasties, as well as a tasty brunch menu with the option to go bottomless, Lime Street Central is the perfect spot for you and your mates to unwind and catch up.
The pub also has vegan menu options and works in partnership with BIFF’S, industry leading planet-friendly vegan comfort food brand, offering jackfruit wings and a Beyond Meat® plant-based burger amongst other vegan options.
The drinks menu is equally as impressive with over 15 gin perfect serves, craft beers and great cocktails including unlimited espresso martinis and passionfruit martinis on tap.
For those that want something lighter, the pub has an exciting range of soft drinks including Lucky Saint alcohol free larger, TRIP sparking infused drinks and organic and Fairtrade LEMONAID+. Alternatively, if you fancy a hot drink, RAVE coffee – the conscious coffee brand – is available throughout the day and is freshly made to order.
