Until New Year’s Eve, the 10-strong Christmas Concierge team will assist you as you shop, dine and make the most of your visit to Liverpool ONE.

Launched last year to help customers tick everything off their Christmas shopping lists, the service is based on Peter’s Lane and Upper South John Street, and on-hand throughout Liverpool ONE to make your Christmas shopping experience easier and more enjoyable than ever before.

This year, your Liverpool ONE Christmas concierge will help you enjoy:

Hands-free shopping – Leave your Christmas shopping bags with the team while you tick off your Christmas list at favourite stores, or take a break to enjoy lunch or dinner at your favourite restaurant.

Helping hands – No need to struggle as the Liverpool ONE Christmas concierge will carry your shopping bags safely back to your car at the end of your visit.

Handy advice – No need to worry about where to find the perfect gift this year as the Christmas concierge team are experts in the best places to find exactly what you’re looking for.

Here to help – Want some recommendations for lunch? Need to book a table? Whether you’re after a quick bite or planning to dine at Liverpool ONE that evening, the Christmas concierge team are happy to assist with restaurant recommendations and bookings.
