Liverpool ONE showcases next generation of artistic talent

Liverpool ONE is shining a light on the city’s young creatives with a brand-new outdoor dot-art Schools exhibition now open on School Lane.

The colourful display features standout work from Year 5 and Year 9 pupils across the Liverpool City Region, bringing together a mix of styles and ideas in one central space.

The pieces were selected as part of the 13th annual dot-art Schools programme, with finalists chosen by industry professionals and a public vote.

dot-art is a Liverpool-based social enterprise that champions creativity through exhibitions, community projects and its gallery. Its schools initiative is designed to support and encourage the next generation of artists.

The winning artworks were first displayed at the Walker Art Gallery and have now been installed at Liverpool ONE, giving young artists the chance to have their work seen by thousands of visitors.

Registration is now open for the 2026 dot-art Schools programme, with primary, secondary and special schools across the Liverpool City Region invited to take part.
