The third annual Liverpool Restaurant Week brings exclusive dining offers to 100 Liverpool city centre restaurants this April.
Organised and funded by Liverpool Business Improvement District, Liverpool Restaurant Week launched as an opportunity to cast a spotlight on the restaurants and eateries of Liverpool city centre. Each venue creates a culinary or drink offer to take part in the week, ranging from £5 to £35. With an urge to explore the city plate by plate, foodies are encouraged to try venues they’ve been to before, sample new cuisine or simply experiment by having different courses at various venues over the spread of a week.

100 venues took part in 2025, with £271k in dedicated offers downloaded by foodies. 60% of Liverpool Restaurant Week visitors went to three or more venues.
The food and drink sector has grown substantially in Liverpool in recent years and now represents 36.7% of the city centre economy. In the latest data on sales gathered by Beauclair, spend on Food and Drink increased by 4.1% in Liverpool this year, compared with 2024. In January 20206, spend on food and drink was up 11% compared with 2025.

The food and drink sector, which includes accommodation, represents 9.3% of jobs, totalling 20,776.
