The plant-based diet is a way of protecting the environment, preventing animal suffering, and a way to improve health… and good news there’s loads of places in the city to grab a tasty scran for Veganuary.

Delhi House
The dock’s newest venue, Delhi House brings the heart of India’s capital to Liverpool’s waterfront.
With a dedicated vegan menu, diners can indulge in dishes such as Purple Sweet Potato Chaat with spiced tomato and onion chutney, and Spicy Lotus Stem Bhel featuring spiced peanut and tomato chutney with fresh salad.

Bundobust – Bold Street
Sustainability is key to what Bundobust do – their beers are brewed on a small scale using the best ingredients, cultural traditions mean all of the food is vegetarian (most of the menu can be made vegan as well), and their street food roots have allowed them to discover vegware.
A Bundo icon, these little white pots are made of bagasse – reclaimed sugarcane which is totally compostable, eliminating the need for industrial dishwashers and non-recyclable tableware, and reducing our landfill contributions and water and energy usage.
