Liverpool’s biggest ever healthy living event is coming to St George’s Hall…

On Saturday 19 March 2016, Liverpool will host Live a Better Life (LABL) Fair; the biggest ever ethical and healthy living event to be staged in Liverpool. This follows on from the success of the three past events in Liverpool in 2013 and 2014 both of which attracted over 2500 people.
LABL Fair will take place from 10am to 4pm in St George’s Hall, with over 12o stalls, catering, cookery demos, film screenings, talks and more.
Attractions, include:
- 120 stalls covering all aspects of ethical and healthy living
- Cookery demonstrations to inspire people to try delicious new foods
- An enlightenment cinema; showing life altering documentaries
For just £2 (under 5’s free), visitors will be treated to the delights and benefits of ethical and healthy living. Vegan, fairtrade, organic and ecological will be the main themes with everything at the event completely vegan and cruelty free. There will be 120 stalls showcasing the best healthy and ethical products, such as eco-friendly handbags, fairtrade clothing, organic beauty products, natural foods and delicious vegan cakes to tempt people’s taste buds. This is a chance to see what Liverpool has to offer for anyone who is interested in learning more about living a healthy, ethical lifestyle.
Liverpool is renowned for its love of food; there will be a fine selection of delicious, healthy food at LABL Fair. Caribbean and Asian foods are just two examples of what will be on offer. The array of vegan food from creative caterers will complement the variety of free samples from some of the UK’s most successful vegan food companies.
National as well as local charities and organisations such as will also be present with free information and advice for visitors who would like to find out more about helping animals, the environment and their own health; including why many people are turning towards a vegan lifestyle.
