Liverpool’s own Yasmin Davies cast as Esme in Hollyoaks Later and Brookside Crossover

Yasmin has filmed with Sue Johnston and John McArdle as her character Esme, who resides in Brookside Close, is the daughter of heritage Brookside character, Jacqui Dixon, played by Hollyoaks Actor, and Yasmin’s mum, Alex Fletcher.
As Esme bids Later to her fellow Brookside residents, she heads to a Liverpool nightclub where she gets up to some fun with a few Chester teenagers…
Talking about her Hollyoaks appearance, Yasmin said:
“I’ve absolutely loved being a part of the Brookside and Laters episodes.
“There has been such a nostalgic energy on set, and I’m really looking forward to seeing it all come together to celebrate 30 years of Hollyoaks.”

Yasmin Davies is currently filming season 3 of BAFTA nominated G’wed and recently finished working on a two-part story in Silent Witness with Emilia Fox. She played Suranne Jones’s daughter in Maryland.
Credits also include The Gathering and The Tower. Yasmin is about to start a BA course at the prestigious drama school RADA.
