Look inside new Liverpool nightclub, Alibi
3 years ago
A new nightclub opens on July 23rd promising to bring international DJs to a unique setting. Alibi is opening in Harrington Street in the city centre, close to Victoria Street and Castle Street.
Alibi boasts a state-of-the-art Bose sound system and a custom lighting setup that will give clubbers a unique experience in the city. The music policy will also be a lot more serious than most of the competition and guest DJs already booked include Weiss, Sidney Charles, KC Lights, Leftwing & Kody, Flashmob amongst others.
The club will also feature 12 booths, a stage area and a second more relaxed room. Resident DJ, Rob Cain said âI am made up to be playing at a new nightclub that will be driven by a serious club music policy. I can honestly say in over 20 years of working in nightclubs I have never seen anything as impressive as this in a basement club. It really needs to be seen and most importantly heard to be believed.â
General Manager of Alibi John Campbell added:
âPeople have not been able to go to a nightclub now for nearly 18 months. From March 2020, with the outbreak of the international pandemic – covid-19, no area of hospitality was hit more than nightclubs. So, we are now so happy to finally be open again. Customers will be able to stand up and more importantly dance. Alibi is a concept we have been working on for over 12 months and we canât wait to showcase it to the city as there really is nothing else like it in my opinion.â
The new club has created over 40 new full and part time jobs in the city and will be officially opening this weekend. Friday 23rd July will see guest DJ Weiss best known for the anthem âFeel my Needsâ. Saturday 24th July will see Mia Wong, Rob Cain, Reuben Valentine and Danny Black kick off the first Saturday night at Alibi.
