Ma Boyle’s continues Jazz Saturdays with three dates left during 2021

Ma Boyle’s is one of Liverpool’s best loved pubs and certainly one of the most picturesque in the city

The sound of jazz can be heard every Saturday at the intimate and picturesque Ma Boyle’s which is tucked away down the narrow Tower Gardens street.

The historic hideaway has so far hosted a series of weekend shows from eclectic music masters Parrjazz, bringing in local and far-flung sounds to Liverpool on Saturday evenings. Having live music back at the venue has been particularly special for Iain Hoskins, Ma Boyle’s owner, and having people back together to dance and have lots of fun.

Iain says:

“We really love what the Parrjazz guys do and it fits so well at Ma Boyle’s,” Iain says. “The reception has been brilliant each and every time, we’ve had some fantastic music from all corners of the jazz world from Dean Masser Duo and Neil Yates to truly sublime sounds from Baiana. I for one and I know so many more people have missed music in venues and at Ma’s jazz works so well. We have been booked up for months since this started up again and the last trio of shows are going to help us see out December in fine style.”
