Internationally-acclaimed DJ Majestic to perform Big Top 40 Number 1 ‘Rasputin’ live for the first time ever during this weekend’s Knowsley Social
Majestic is set to debut his smash hit ‘Rasputin’ with Boney M. live at The Knowsley Social this weekend.
The internationally-acclaimed DJ will play his Big Top 40 Number 1 song live for the first time ever to entertain crowds underneath a big top tent on Sunday.
He will cap off an incredible bank holiday weekend of live music as part of the event with Grammy-nominated K-Klass headlining on Saturday.
The Ibiza Philharmonic Orchestra will also take to the stage on Friday night and all three shows promise to deliver a truly world-class festival experience at the Knowsley Estate.
“My first official show of 2021 is at the Knowsley Social and I cannot wait,” Majestic said.
“It is the first time ever I’m going to be playing my track ‘Rasputin’ with Boney M.
“It is going to be unreal and I am so excited.
“The Knowsley Social venue looks amazing.

“I want to see everyone there, I am literally like a kid at Christmas and I’ve got loads of new music for the set. It’s going to be amazing.”
Majestic’s remix of the Boney M. classic ‘Rasputin’ reached the top of the UK’s biggest chart show in April.
The track was originally released in 1978 but has seen a resurgence in the last few months on TikTok.
The DJ and producer’s set on Sunday, May 30 at The Knowsley Social is just one event in a full nine weeks of performances and it follows shows from the likes of double-BRIT Award winner Heather Small, Sam Divine and The Shapeshifters plus Bongo’s Bingo.
More than 17,000 people have already bought tickets to events and they will be greeted by a huge stage inside that is adorned by big screens, an impressive interactive lighting rig and a mega sound system to help performers entertain guests in what is the most innovative festival of the year.
The state-of-the-art production will use lighting and surround-sound speakers across the 1,000-capacity venue to create an unforgettable roof-raising atmosphere underneath a stunning festival tent set up by Danny Thompson and Creamfields supremo Chris Quayle.
The tent contains 200 socially-distanced pods, sectioned off by white fences, and will include VIP areas for revellers to party the night away.

Mr Thompson, co-organiser of The Knowsley Social, said: “We are really proud to bring in performers like Majestic and we can’t wait to see him light up the stage.
“The world-class sound system, lighting and screens have been set up to make sure there is an unbelievable atmosphere and there are very limited tickets left for people to attend over the Bank Holiday Weekend.
“The Ibiza Philharmonic promises an unbelievable acoustic performance too and the likes of K-Klass have been around for more than 25 years, received a Grammy-award nomination and are responsible for some of the biggest dance tracks ever made so no matter what event people choose to attend – they are guaranteed to have an unbelievable time.
“Our staff are ready to serve and make sure everyone has the ultimate time here at The Knowsley Social, with this one of the first times in almost 15 months people have the chance to have a proper party.
“The event has also been set up in a completely secure way in regards to Covid-19 regulations, there is a one way system in place and socially-distanced pods so everyone can feel safe while having the best time possible.”
