Mamasan is hosting special Asian-inspired Brunches for the Randox Grand National 2022

Mamasan Bar & Brasserie at Liverpool ONE is hosting a special Asian-inspired Races Brunch on the mornings of Friday 8th and Saturday 9th April.

The Races Brunch will feature classic favourites, inspired by a fusion of flavours from Indochina, Thailand, and Japan, all with an experimental Mamasan twist.

The dishes will all promise to reveal a taste explosion, offering a balance of sweet, sour, heat, salt, and umami!

Diners can expect incredible dishes of Fresh Colchester Oysters, Chilli Avocado on Toasted Bloomer with Vietnamese Dressing, Soft-shell Crab Benedict, Asian or Surf & Turf Breakfast with Steak, Eggs and Lobster, and Salmon Royale.

Mamasan’s bar has an extensive drinks selection, from extravagant cocktails to fizz from Laurent-Perrier.

The bar’s mixologists are renowned for their indulgent classics and signature cocktails to wow; using fresh produce mixed with handmade shrubs, syrups, and some molecular magic.

It’s not just about brunch though, once the races are over, you can head back to Mamasan for a night of wining, dining and dancing.

At the restaurant you’ll find DJs every Friday and Saturday.

Mamasan is an exciting addition to the Liverpool’s restaurant scene, and the second restaurant and bar for Mamasan. The three-floor, ultra-chic experiential dining concept features striking interiors, DJs, a vibrant culinary offering, and an expansive urban-garden roof terrace.
