Mamasan launches a trio of summer menus

Liverpool’s luxe dining destination, Mamasan Bar & Brasserie, has launched a trio of new menus for the summer, offering diners a culinary journey through Southeast Asia in Mamasan’s signature style from noon till night – complete with irresistible deals, creative cocktails, and al fresco dining.
Located in Liverpool ONE, Mamasan is renowned for combining modern Southeast Asian flavours with the best of Great British produce, served alongside creative cocktails, craft beers and a wonderful wine selection.
Kicking things off on Mamasan’s all-new à la carte menu, starters showcase Mamasan’s signature style, featuring dishes such as crispy Thai Fried Chicken with gochujang glaze and wasabi & lime mayo, and fluffy Hoisin Duck Doughnuts with cucumber ketchup and plum jam.
For mains, menu highlights include Luxury Pad Thai with chicken and king prawns, rice noodles, tamarind, peanut, chilli and lime, and Sizzling Fillet Steak with Hong Kong Black Pepper Sauce, served with charred onions and red pepper.
The new Early Evening Menu offers an unmissable deal of two courses for £19, available 4-6pm Monday to Friday, while the Lunch menu offers two courses for just £15, available 12-4pm Monday to Friday. Starters include Salt & Pepper Chicken and Crispy Pork Ribs, while mains feature Sticky Roast Pork Belly and Pad Thai Noodles, providing the perfect setting for a day or night of socialising and fun.
Mamasan is also renowned for its extensive range of signature cocktails, known for their showstopping presentations. The restaurant’s bar has an unrivalled drinks selection that showcases creative mixology, with inventive cocktails, including fine wines, craft beers, and premium spirits. The bar’s expert mixologists are renowned for their indulgent classics and signature cocktails to wow; using fresh produce mixed with handmade shrubs, syrups and some molecular magic – there is something for every taste.
The new menus are the perfect addition to Mamasan’s renowned collection of music and dining infused events scheduled throughout the summer months. Mama’s Mixtape, taking place every Friday from 7pm until late, takes guests on a journey through the greatest Pop and R&B tunes alongside three small plates and 90-minutes of bottomless drinks for just £49.50 per person. Guests can expect weekly DJs and live vocals from Mamasan’s resident singer to provide a soundtrack for the night. On Saturdays from 12 until 6pm, The Dim Sum Disco Bottomless Brunch offers a premium bottomless brunch with live music, sax and DJs, before theatrical dining concept TRIBE leads guests into a night of cocktails, tribal dancers and bongos.
Mamasan’s Liverpool venue boasts a stunning urban-garden roof terrace, offering panoramic views across the city, perfect for visiting with friends. The venue’s unique features include a floating floral-adorned staircase and a sound system inspired by Japanese listening bars.
