MasterChef: The Professionals Winners Team Up for a Night to Remember at Liverpool’s Roski
7 years ago
Three MasterChef: The Professionals winners have teamed up to provide diners with a night they’ll never forget this week.
Anton Piotrowski, Steven Edwards and Gary Maclean will be in the kitchen of Anton’s Liverpool restaurant Röski this Friday giving diners the chance to try food cooked by some of the best chefs in the country.
The evening will consist of an eight-course meal with two snacks to start, then two courses cooked by each of the chefs.
It will be the first time that diners will have the chance to taste each of the chef’s food in the same evening.
Anton was crowned MasterChef: The Professionals Champion in 2012 and has previously held the position of Head Chef at the Treby Arms in Devon, gaining it a Michelin star, before opening Röski in November 2017.
He said: “I’m really excited to welcome Steven and Gary to Röski and to be working with two former winners – one coming down South and the other coming up North!
“I can’t wait to share the kitchen with these talented chefs.”
Steven, Head Chef at Brighton-based etch., won the show in 2013 becoming one of the youngest ever winners of the competition aged 26.
He added: “MasterChef provided us all with fantastic opportunities, so it’s great to celebrate that
together with a special dinner.
“I’m especially excited about working with two like-minded talented chefs.”
Gary, who was awarded the accolade of MasterChef: The Professionals winner in 2016, is a Senior Lecturer at the City of Glasgow College, following his passion for mentoring other young chefs and creative cooking.
Speaking about Friday’s event, he said: “I’m looking forward to this very unique event. Bringing three winners together who are all very different should prove to be an amazing night for diners and chefs alike.
“I personally can’t wait to cook with Anton and Steven as I am a total MasterChef nerd and loved watching the guys when they were on the show.”
Tickets for the evening are £75 per person, and tables are available to book online. However, there are just a handful of tables left.
