The team behind the prestigious Merseyside Women of the Year (MWOTY) Awards is set to host an informative webinar next week, offering valuable guidance on crafting successful nominations for the 2024 awards.
Scheduled for Thursday, 7 March, 2024, at 12pm, this free webinar aims to assist individuals contemplating nominations for themselves or remarkable women they know.
Attendees will have the opportunity to gain insights directly from the organisers on what constitutes an outstanding nomination, learn about the judges’ criteria for this year’s submissions, and hear firsthand experiences from past winners who have been MWOTY finalists.
MWOTY Founding Director, Ellie Kerr, said:
“We know that being faced with a nomination form can be quite daunting and it can be hard to know what to write, so we wanted to provide insight into our criteria and what our judges are looking for.
“We see so many nominations that have enormous potential, but don’t quite make the shortlist because they are missing some key information that the nominator might not have thought to include.
“We’re well known for unearthing true hidden gems from across our region and lifting them onto a platform where they can be seen, heard and found. We want this webinar to empower people to shine the brightest light possible on the superstars in their communities.”
With the deadline for MWOTY 2024 nominations set for April 2, 2024, this webinar provides an opportunity for those interested in putting forward deserving candidates for consideration.
The webinar is free to attend, but registration is essential. Don’t miss this chance to gain valuable insights and enhance your nomination for the MWOTY Awards 2024.
