As the autumn season approaches, Wirral dining destination, LOST, is preparing an extraordinary lineup of chef takeovers and themed supper-clubs.
Already renowned for its culinary experiences, LOST has hosted a series of sell-out events featuring local chef stars like Paul Askew and Aiden Byrne.
Now, the venue is set to host Michelin Star chef, Tim Allen, head chef and owner of sō-lō in Aughton.
Tim will be hosting a very special evening of inspired fine dining on 16 September, and he has been busy curating a stand-out menu for the evening.
Guests will be treated to a stunning, seven course fine dining feast packed with inventive dishes, created with the very best local produce.
Tim has worked hard to develop close relationships with a range of farmers and artisan producers, which ensures every dish he creates features the most exceptional ingredients.
Tim Allen said:
“The whole team are really looking forward bringing our sō-lō concept to Wirral. Lost is such a unique venue and it’s a real honour to follow in the footsteps of Paul and Aiden and continue the chef series with our own special take on fine dining.
“We are excited to meet a whole new group of dining fans, and we hope they enjoy the menu as much as we have enjoyed creating it.”
Dave Loughlin, owner of LOST, said:
“We were thrilled when Tim agreed to join us. We’ve got some amazing events lined up for the autumn and winter season, so having the sō-lō team kick things off is incredible. Both Paul and Aiden are back for some pre-Christmas dates, and we have a few more exciting announcements to come so watch this space.’
The supper-club concept has been a huge hit with local diners since LOST opened its doors just over 10 months ago. To date the team have delivered over 25 sell-out dates, and the stunning barn venue, which is also an exclusive events space has already delivered over 10 magical weddings with a packed diary for the next year and beyond.
