Fans of big screen songs will have plenty to celebrate as the Mad About the Musicals tour calls at Warrington.
Pop star Gareth Gates is joining director and producer Michael Courtney for the 10th anniversary of the show which promises to be one to remember.
Taking audiences on a whistle stop tour from the heart of London’s theatre land to the glitz of Broadway, Mad About the Musicals is back on tour to celebrate the very best songs from the shows loved by thousands.
Classics penned by the likes of Rodgers and Hammerstein, Kander and Ebb, Andrew Lloyd Webber, Boublil and Schonberg, and many more will be performed by the talented cast of Mad About the Musicals as they evoke the true spirit of the stage.
The sounds of brilliant vocals and West End musicians will echo around Parr Hall at the show on May 5 bringing the sparkling world of song and dance to the Warrington audience.
From Phantom of the Opera’s poignant All I Ask of You to Les Miserables’ dramatic One Day More, audiences can sit back and enjoy two hours of unforgettable favourites brought to life by a cast fresh from the West End including Gareth Gates and Michael Courtney.
The show, which has been hailed as “outstanding” by The Stage, “the best show of its kind” by Encore Magazine and was nominated for UK ‘producer of the year’, is definitely one not to miss.
