A brand new event aimed at inspiring the next generation of music creators is taking place in Liverpool on Saturday 28 January 2023.
LIMF Academy’s OPEN SAUCE is a music conference aimed at 16-25 year old emerging music creators from across the Liverpool city region who want to take their creative and professional practice up a notch by learning from leading figures in the music industry.
OPEN SAUCE is focused on the sharing of ideas, real information and new approaches in order to empower the next generation of music creator. Subjects will include artistic liberation and execution, independence, pathways, utilising data, Web 3.0, networking and mental well-being amongst others.
Some of the best minds and organisations in the business are attending to share their insights and connect with the attendees in an impactful way. Speakers include Rob Swerdlow (Director, Starwood Management), Achal Dhillon (Music Federation & Killing Moon), Bryan Johnson (Head of Artist & Industry Partnerships International, Spotify), Låpsley, Red Rum Club, Fuzz Chaudhrey (Producer, BBC Music Introducing), Despa Robinson (Founder and CEO, BE83 Music Group) plus many more. The day will also feature a series of intimate in conversations, discussions and drop in sessions.
Tickets will cost £5, which will include a goodie bag and lunch.
