A new addition to Warrington’s food scene, Blossom Café, has officially opened its doors in the Time Square development.

Located on Dolmans Lane, Blossom Café is open seven days a week, serving brunch classics by day and transforming into a cocktails and tapas destination in the evening.

Fabio, Owner of Blossom Café, said:

“People from Warrington often head to nearby cities like Liverpool or Manchester for a good meal and evening out, but we wanted to create a place right here in town that offers great food at a reasonable price.

“From brunch classics like eggs benedict and full English breakfasts during the day, to a selection of small plates with global influences in the evening, Blossom Café aims to offer something for everyone.”

The venue, which is also set to host live music to add to its relaxed atmosphere, joins the growing collection of businesses in Time Square, Warrington’s go-to hub for shopping, dining, and leisure.

Fabio, who has opened the restaurant with his son Kaya, after over 20 years in the hospitality industry, added:

“We want Blossom Café to be a space where locals can come together, enjoy a meal, and spend time in the heart of Warrington.

“Kaya will be running the day-to-day operations, and I’m really excited to be working alongside him. His energy and enthusiasm will help make Blossom Café a welcoming place for everyone who visits.”

Time Square has played a key part of the town’s regeneration, offering a mix of retail outlets, restaurants, and entertainment, including a market hall and a state-of-the-art Cineworld cinema. It is a central destination for both locals and visitors.

The destination has seen a massive increase in visitors during May and June, with nearly two million visitors over an eight-week period. This was driven by events like Proms in the Square, Pride and Krazy Races, which significantly boosted the footfall around the town centre.

Cllr Laura Watson, Cabinet Member for Economy, Growth and Quality Work, said:

“We’ve seen a big increase in visitors to Time Square, making it a key destination for shopping, dining, and leisure in Warrington. It’s great to welcome Blossom Café to this thriving community and we’re excited to see how it adds to the town’s growing food and drink offering.”
