New fundraising Liver Bird sweets from RLB360 will raise money for Alder Hey Children’s Charity
4 years ago
The new packs of ‘Bella’ and ‘Bertie’ sweets, named after the famous Liver Birds, are on sale at the attraction and from the Alder Hey charity.
Alder Hey Children’s Charity provides vital funds and support to the hospital.
The support for the charity was initiated by RLB360 attractions manager, Kim Wall, who has a daughter on placement as as paediatric nurse at the hospital.
Earlier in the year RLB360 celebrated their reopening with free entry days for NHS workers and their families and have been keen to maintain the relationship with hospitals and charities.
Attractions manager at RLB360, Kim Wall, said:
“It means a lot for RLB360 to work closely with Alder Hey Children’s Charity. My daughter Beth is in her final year studying paediatric nursing and is on placement at the hospital. The Alder Hey Children’s Charity needs all the support it can get and we’re glad to be doing our little bit to help. We hope this is just the beginning of a lovely working relationship between RLB360 and Alder Hey Children’s Charity.”
You can purchase your Bella and Bertie sweets through the charity.
