New traditional pub set to open in the heart of Hightown this October

Located in the heart of Hightown, the new pub is officially opening its doors on Monday, October 28th, 2024.

Whether you’re meeting friends, planning a family meal, or simply looking to unwind with a great meal and drinks, The Hightown Inn offers a warm, welcoming space for all.

The kitchen is led by Chef Daniel Heffy, who brings his talent and passion for seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients to every dish.

The menu is all about flavour and simplicity. Whether you’re after a casual bite or something a bit more refined, you’ll find the food perfectly paired with well-crafted cocktails and a carefully selected drinks list.

Before the grand opening, The Hightown Inn is offering a sneak peek with a soft launch weekend from Friday, October 25 to Sunday, October 27.

During these three days, guests can enjoy a preview of the exciting new menu, with limited bookings available to create an intimate dining experience.
