New weekend Brunch Menu launches at Gusto, Albert Dock

Liverpool’s popular GUSTO Restaurant and Bar superbly situated in the historic waterfront setting of the Albert Dock, is launching a ‘Weekend Brunch menu’ on 2nd and 3rd April.

The extensive selection of popular brunch classics will be served each Saturday and Sunday from 10am until noon and will also include a fine selection of coffee’s, smoothies and breakfast cocktails.

As well as a  hearty Full English Breakfast (with smoked bacon, sausage, baked beans, mushrooms, tomato and two eggs of your choice served with toasted rustic bread)  Guests will be able to enjoy a selection of mouth-watering dishes including:-

Poached Eggs Benedict / Florentine and Royale

Smoked Salmon and Scrambled Eggs on Toasted Tiger Bread                      

Oven Baked Waffles with Crispy Bacon and Syrup                                                      

Toasted Tiger Bread Sandwich with Smokey Bacon or Sausage          

Figs honey and goats cheese on rustic bread with warm buttermilk pancakes

Warm Buttermilk Pancakes with fruit compote, honey and yogurt    

As well as a fantastic coffee selection guests can also enjoy healthy option smoothies including:-

Very Berry – Strawberries, raspberries, cherry preserve and cranberry juice                      

Tropical – Peach, passion fruit, pineapple                                                                  

Banana Fusion – Banana, apple and orange                                                                  

Brunch customers will also be able to order from a fine selection of ‘Breakfast Cocktails’ including the ‘Sicilian Breakfast’, Milanese Mary, Cherry and Thyme Mimosa, Ginger Tea and Cucumber ‘Cino – all priced at £5.95 each.
