Sue Crimes, Chief Executive of GUSTO Restaurants, said “We feel that the time is right to launch a comprehensive ‘Weekend Brunch’ menu at GUSTO Albert Dock. Our customers love what we do and we feel that the ‘Weekend Brunch’ selection we have put together is a natural extension of what we can offer our customers at the weekend. We are perfectly located in one of Liverpool’s most iconic waterfront settings and our reputation for service is outstanding in the city with a very strong and loyal clientele. Liverpool’s increase in tourism trade and the success of Liverpool One as a shopping destination as well as an expected 86,000 visitors to the city through the cruise terminal in 2016 makes this a perfect time to introduce the GUSTO Weekend Brunch”
