New well being classes at Liverpool’s Kapucia set to beat the winter blues…

Kapucia, a wellbeing centre in Liverpool is inviting North West residents to embark on a heart-expanding journey, with internationally renowned teacher, Errol Campbell, to increase their levels of self-worth, and get them through these dark gloomy Winter months.
To combat, feelings of negativity, Kapucia will be providing various holistic healing practices and classes with some of Europe’s most passionate, sought-after teachers throughout the next few weeks.
Sarah McBride, Kapucia’s owner and one of Europe’s only Source Awakening practitioners, commented; “Our nurturing community provides a safe space for anybody and everybody to find peace and start a journey of self-love”.
Internationally renowned teacher and speaker, Errol Campbell will be leading the ‘Awakening the Sacred Heart’ workshop on the 12th March, which will help student’s develop skills, teachings and life-long tools to empower them for years to come. Errol’s exploration of the human heart, mind, body and soul make him one of few teachers globally devoted to the evolution of our consciousness.
Sarah continued, “We’ve designed our series of heart awakening classes, as we want our students to embark on a personal journey to discover the essence of who they truly are; helping them overcome any negative feelings, including fear, stress and pain. Ultimately, as a center we want to help increase self-love throughout the city, making Liverpool a happier place to live.”
With a wealth of expertise in alternative healing, vegan nutrition and spiritual development; the value-led center is aiming to help Liverpool cultivate inner and outer love through universal experiences, heart-focused classes and workshops. Its goal is to inspire a more peaceful, loving and connected local community.
Throughout February and March, Kapucia will offer a range of deeply empowering classes, including ‘Journey to Self Love’ Kundalini Yoga, Hridaya Meditation and Guatemalan Cacao Ceremonies. During these classes, teachers will guide students, helping them heal emotionally and awaken a more positive mindset. Hridaya Meditation takes place every Tuesday at 7pm and a Cacao and Sound Healing Ceremony will be held on 28th February at 1.30pm.
Kapucia is located on Lord Street in Liverpool city centre and holds daily weekday classes and specialist weekend workshops.
