Redwing, Warrington Housing Association (WHA) and Incrementum are winners of a build-to-rent industry award for Partnership of The Year at the Love to Rent Awards 2023.
Redwing is an award-winning property agency, based in the heart of Liverpool City Centre.
Property professionals from across the country gathered in London on 3rd November 2023 to celebrate and recognise the remarkable achievements of the build-to-rent property sector from the past 12 months.
The Redwing, Warrington Housing Association and Incrementum partnership received the award for its ambition to tackle the imbalance of supply versus demand of rental properties across Warrington, customer centricity and incredible results achieved.
The Love to Rent judging panel said:
“This partnership demonstrates the value that can be created by collaboration between organisations with a shared purpose and values. A not-for-profit organisation working alongside a housing association ensuring all profits are invested back within the community.
“What the judges felt shined out of this submission was both parties’ efforts to ensure the successful delivery of this scheme with their future residents at the centre of their plans.”
The award-winning Redwing brought the development and properties to market, managing the entire marketing, letting and property management function in-house. Redwing achieved a 100% off-plan reservation rate within one month of launch at each phase and an above than the national average re-let rate of 87%.
Jessica Turner, Head of New Business at Redwing, said:
“We’re absolutely thrilled to be recognised nationally for our partnership with WHA and Incrememtum. Since 2021, Redwing have delivered an exceptional end to end property service, managing all marketing, lettings and property management on behalf of WHA and providing a first-class service to residents.
“We’re proud of all we’ve achieved by partnering with organisations like WHA and Incrementum, who share our vision to help more people access high quality and affordable homes and, as part of The Regenda Group, enable us to generate a profit to invest into local good causes.”
Homes at Foxwood and Sycamore are a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments and two- and three-bedroom houses, available for affordable and private rent.
Developed through investment from Warrington Boroughwide Council, the build-to-rent development provides high quality and sustainable homes set in communities desired to rent for the long term. Residents are given the opportunity to renew their tenancy year on year, providing reassurance and the ability to picture a stable life in their home.
