Multi award winning bakers Room Forty to bring their bread baking school to Mossley Hill, Liverpool on 19 June
Award winning Room Forty are returning to Mossley Hill Parish Church’s, Hilltop Centre in order to teach bread making for beginners on Wednesday June 19th.
Room Forty are returning to Mossley Hill by popular demand following the success of their Mossley Hill classes last year. One class participant described it as ‘Great fun. The best antidote to a busy day at work ever!’
Room Forty won a Silver Award at the World Bread Awards held in London in 2017 for their bread baking excellence. Their baking school is mobile; they take it into homes and workplaces and also run pop up baking classes in Warrington, Lymm, Grappenhall and Rainford, St Helens.
The Mossley Hill class starts at 5.15pm and will take approximately three hours. Students will learn how to make the Room Forty World Bread Award winning white loaf, a sodabread, pizza and a wholemeal loaf.
Jen Perry, proprietor of Room Forty mobile afternoon tea emporium and mobile cookery school said,
‘Our classes at the Hilltop Centre last year were great fun and we can’t wait to come back. We are on a mission to get people baking real bread. The breads we teach are additive free and so much better than the commercial varieties. Baking bread is easier than you think, let us show you how!
Stumped as to what do get Dad for Fathers Day? Book him on a class place!’
Classes cost only £50. Costs include the cost of all ingredients, samples of bread and nibbles to eat and copious quantities of tea and coffee. Class participants also leave with recipes and the breads that they bake.
