The Mossley Hill class starts at 5.15pm and will take approximately three hours. Students will learn how to make the Room Forty World Bread Award winning white loaf, a sodabread, pizza and a wholemeal loaf.
Jen Perry, proprietor of Room Forty mobile afternoon tea emporium and mobile cookery school said,
‘Our classes at the Hilltop Centre last year were great fun and we can’t wait to come back. We are on a mission to get people baking real bread. The breads we teach are additive free and so much better than the commercial varieties. Baking bread is easier than you think, let us show you how!
Stumped as to what do get Dad for Fathers Day? Book him on a class place!’
Classes cost only £50. Costs include the cost of all ingredients, samples of bread and nibbles to eat and copious quantities of tea and coffee. Class participants also leave with recipes and the breads that they bake.
