Foodies you will LOVE this news – there is a full week of Liverpool restaurant goodness coming your way from Monday 26th September. Might be best to save your appetite until then as you are about to enter food & drink Heaven…
Following its success earlier in the year, Liverpool BID Company is launching a second Commercial District Restaurant Week to showcase the quality and variety of the district’s vibrant food and drink sector.
Running from Monday 26th September – Sunday 2nd October, eateries from across the district will be involved in offering a range of wine tasting and master classes as well as deals and discounts. There will also be the opportunity to take part in competitions to win meals at some of the best eateries of the district.
Some of the highlights people can expect during the week include cocktail masterclasses from The Alchemist and the newly opened Castle Street Town House while Veeno will be hosting a Prosecco tasting, along with a 40% off food at Marco Pierre White.
Foodies will be able to enjoy tapas tasting at La Viña and finish the week off with a detox chill out at White Wolf Yoga.
Other offers during the week include free cookies with every coffee between 8am to 11am at Panna which is also hosting a coffee art competition.

Bill Addy, Chief Executive of the Liverpool BID Company, said: “Following the success of the first Restaurant Week in January, we are delighted to be able to do it again and showcase the diverse offer in this part of the city.
“Restaurants in the Commercial District have really gone from strength to strength in recent years with areas such as Castle Street and Exchange Flags becoming real foodie hot-spots.
“This time around we will be focusing on what makes each restaurant unique. Whether people are going back to an old favourite or trying something new, there will be some great special events and activities taking place to celebrate the quality around the district.”
