Seaside Carnival to return to Knowsley Safari this May Half Term

Knowsley Safari is treating visitors to its annual Seaside Carnival this May Half-Term and there’s lots of new stuff to enjoy.

Knowsley Safari is promising thrills around every corner this May Half Term, Saturday 24^th May until Sunday 1^st June, as its fun-filled Seaside Carnival returns, giving the whole family an action-packed value day out – with new activities and entertainment all included in the general admission price.

Part of the popular Foot Safari will be transformed into ‘Knowsley Safari on Sea’, channeling all the classic seaside vibes, with pier-themed games and side shows, such as a Coconut Shy and Hoopla.

Adventurous family members will revel in excitement as they enter the Safari’s ‘Big Top’ to try their hand at traditional circus skills, including plate spinning and juggling, before being wowed by daredevil professionals performing thrilling acrobatics overhead.

Capture all the fun of the fair throughout the day with peep through photo opportunities, and keep an eye out for the cheeky roaming magician, who’ll be springing out, surprising guests with mystical magic tricks and fantastical illusions.

After being enthralled by the big acts, check out the big cats! Amur tigers, Makari and Yuki are on the Foot Safari and the pride of African lions are on the Safari Drive. With over 500 animals to see, including one of the UK’s largest rhino crashes, as well as Bactrian camels, Iberian Wolves, meerkats, ostrich and the cheeky baboons, Knowsley Safari will be an action-packed day of adventure this half term.

And if all that Safari air makes you hungry, Oasis Restaurant, The Outpost Kitchen, and other refreshment stops, will be serving freshly made food and drinks, including pizza, burgers and ice-cream, to ensure everyone can recharge and make the most of their day.
