Sixty Kitchen Launches Collection & Announce Search for Second Site
1 year ago
Located at 23 Chapel Lane in the heart of Formby Village, Sixty Kitchen is open 7 days a week from 5pm.
The team behind Sixty Kitchen, Formby’s newest at-home dining concept, are thrilled to announce the launch of ‘The Bench’, which will see customers now be able to order for collection and pick up their box right outside.
The premium Chinese food delivery service centres around 2 monthly set menus – one regular and one plant-based – that consist of 2 starters, 2 mains and 2 sides for a set price of £60. The menu takes inspiration from authentic Chinese dishes, alongside contemporary takes on dishes synonymous with a classic takeaway.
The new collection feature comes in response to the overwhelming demand from customers outside the Formby area who aren’t within the current delivery radius. Available exclusively through the bespoke app, the new service will allow customers to place their orders for their chosen date and time and then pick them up from the bench directly outside the venue. This service expansion is an addition to their existing delivery option, which remains available to residents of the L37 postcode area.
Alongside the launch of the bench, the team have this week announced the search for their second site. Customers can now nominate their area to be the location of their new venue via the Sixty Kitchen app which now boasts over 4000 users. The second location will open in early 2024.
To order for collection, customers need to head to the Sixty Kitchen, available on iOS and Android, create an account then input ‘BENCH’ into the address field. When choosing a time-slot, collections will always be ready at the beginning of the slot, for example, if you wish to collect at 5pm, you’d choose the 5 – 5.30pm time slot.
