The restaurant is now serving breakfast everyday from 9am-12pm.
Slim’s breakfast menu has something for everyone; huge stacks of buttermilk pancakes – with flavours including berry, salted caramel and toasted pecan, and bacon and maple.
All pancakes are made fresh and in-house using Slim’s special recipe and both the vegan and classic pancake mix can be purchased at the restaurant for guests to make at home.
The menu also a selection of rainbow bagels, a USA cereal bowl and huge Texan breakfasts.
You’ll also find Slim’s signature chicken and waffles, vegan fried chicken and waffles, along with the delicious lobster and crayfish benny.
For those who want something a little lighter, there’s classic oatmeal and thick Green yoghurt bowl with berries and spiced honey.
Matt Farrell, Director of Slim’s, said: “We’ve had so many people wanting to dine with us for breakfast midweek so it made sense to make our menu available everyday. We’ve created a larger and more varied offering with new dishes including the lobster and crayfish benny, and rainbow bagels both making for a tasty way to start the day.
“And our signature chicken and waffles (there’s a vegan option too!) is a must-try!”
