Stealing Sheep set to bring their unique sound to Birkenhead Central Library this September
16 hours ago

Birkenhead Central Library will be swapping shelves for synths this September as Liverpool trio Stealing Sheep headline the latest Get It Loud in Libraries gig.
Taking place on Sunday 7 September at 2.30pm, the special afternoon performance by Stealing Sheep coincides with the launch of their brand new album GLO (Girl Life Online), and tickets are on sale now for just £14.
Known for their distinctive blend of electronic pop, rave, UK garage and a splash of medieval magic, Stealing Sheep have carved out a name for themselves with five albums and an unmistakable sound. They were signed to indie label Heavenly Recordings for their first three records, and continue to evolve with each new release.
Get It Loud in Libraries has been transforming library spaces across the country into intimate live music venues, giving fans of all ages a chance to experience gigs up close. The programme, backed by Arts Council England and the Paul Hamlyn Foundation, has welcomed the likes of Adele, Idles, Wolf Alice and The Last Dinner Party in previous years.
Now it’s Birkenhead’s turn, as Stealing Sheep cross the Mersey to bring a one-of-a-kind show to the historic library building.
Tickets for the gig at Birkenhead Central Library are available now via this website.
