Liverpool’s Pride 2026 is set to kick off in style with a huge opening party at the M&S Bank Arena and the first wave of artists has now been revealed.
Pop icons Sugababes will headline the night on Friday 24 July, bringing a full set of their biggest hits to the city as part of a brand new official launch event for Pride.
They’ll be joined by global LGBTQ+ favourite Beth Ditto, who will play her first ever solo show in Liverpool, alongside a line-up packed with drag stars, DJs and local talent.

RuPaul’s Drag Race UK winner Tia Kofi and drag star Bimini are both on the bill, while Horse Meat Disco and Harrsn featuring the House Gospel Choir will bring the party atmosphere to the arena.
Hosting duties will be led by Liverpool’s own Tyler DeClaire, alongside fan favourites Debbie Darling and Pam Sandwich, who will also perform on the night.

The event will open with a specially curated Liverpool’s Pride Opening Ceremony, bringing together dozens of LGBTQ+ performers from across the city in a powerful celebration of community and identity.
Organisers say the launch party marks a major moment for Pride in Liverpool, setting the tone for a full weekend of events including the Pride March and a wider city-wide programme still to be announced.

Liverpool’s Pride 2026 is being delivered through a collaboration between Sahir House and the LCR Pride Foundation, with a focus on creating a more inclusive and community-led celebration.
Tickets for the opening party go on sale from 2 April, with prices starting from £35.
