This evening, Liverpool’s eagerly awaited Ivy Brasserie opened its doors in the iconic former Bank of England building on Castle Street with a dazzling launch event.

Known for its luxurious ambiance and elegant dining, The Ivy Liverpool Brasserie welcomed an exclusive guest list of celebrities, influencers, and key figures from Liverpool’s business and hospitality scene to celebrate its arrival.

Since The Ivy Collection announced its plans to open in the city, Liverpool has been patiently awaiting its arrival and its glamorous launch party has been one of the season’s most eagerly anticipated events.

The exciting launch party lived up to every expectation, and from the moment guests arrived on the luxurious green carpet, they were wowed with The Ivy’s signature service, free flowing Ivy Cuvée and delicious canapés, giving a first taste of what’s to come once doors are open to the public.

Guests were also treated to an exclusive preview of the restaurant’s stunning interior and beautiful private dining room.

Guests enjoyed an abundance of exciting entertainment on the night, including a private performance from renowned Liverpool band Mic Lowry, as well as other live entertainment including fire breathers on the green carpet to welcome guests, a DJ, as well as sax and percussion performers.

Boasting space for up to 180 diners, The Ivy Liverpool Brasserie will officially open its doors on Tuesday 19th November, and it has already become one of the city’s most in-demand dining experiences, with guests pre-booking tables months in advance.

Offering a spectacular all-day dining menu, from breakfast through to dinner, Afternoon Tea and a comforting Sunday Roast, The Ivy Liverpool Brasserie also boasts an impressive cocktail list, beers and fine wines menu.
