Jailbird

Jailbird, which is one of the original vendors at The GPO, serve up Nashville style chicken for those that like it spicy. Originally inspired by the owner’s travels across the US, catering and eating the best the south has to offer, Jailbird has evolved through the love of loaded fries and great fried chicken.

Fried chicken just wouldn’t be the same unless you found it perfectly between two pieces of bread, which is why Jailbird has mastered the chicken burger and it’s a staple on the GPO menu.
