Scouse personal trainers Harriet Jeffries (The Gym Bird) and Richie Swan give their own unique take on how to get fit and stay motivated. Giving realistic advice on what to eat, how to train and chatting to guests including Heidi Range from Sugababes. Be warned though, they don’t sugarcoat anything and if you’re easily offended this one isn’t for you. Their motto?
