The Bronte launches festive fundraising campaign to support its vital work with local young people
28 seconds ago
The Bronte Youth and Community Centre, based in the heart of Liverpool City Centre, has today launched a festive fundraising campaign to support its vital work with young people and families across Merseyside.
The Bronte is calling on local residents, businesses, and community leaders to join together in making direct donations that will ensure the centre can continue to deliver its much-needed programmes — and prepare for an exciting new chapter as it redevelops its space for the future.
Every pound raised goes directly towards:
• Youth and community programmes that build confidence, connection, and opportunity
• Fixtures and fittings to help create a modern, inspiring space fit for the next generation
• Support services that give young people and families a safe place to turn when they need it most

“Every donation, no matter how big or small, makes a real and immediate difference to us,” said Laura Cain, Centre Manager at The Bronte. “So much of our work depends on the generosity of the local community. By giving directly, supporters can help us keep our doors open, deliver our youth programmes, and create a space that the next generation truly deserves.”
The festive campaign will run throughout December and will feature stories, events, and conversations that shine a light on the incredible young people of Liverpool — and the difference The Bronte makes in their lives every day.
Supporters can donate online here, and The Bronte is also inviting businesses to become official partners of the centre through contributions, sponsorship, or in-kind support.

“Liverpool has always had a big heart,” said Tony Clarke, a Trustee at The Bronte. “This campaign is about local people coming together to support local young people — especially at a time of year when community and kindness matter more than ever.”
The Bronte has served the people of Liverpool for over 50 years, but with demand growing and refurbishment now underway, ongoing support is critical. This Christmas, the centre’s message is simple: Together, we can build a brighter future — but we need your help now.
Donate today and help us create a safe, inspiring space for Liverpool’s young people.
